EDDIE J. KOHAN

After graduating from the USC business school in 1985, Mr. Kohan started his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse in Century City, specializing in taxation. After five years he was recruited by Public Storage, Inc.’s corporate office in Glendale, California to start the in- house tax department. He advised the company and the principals on tax strategies and was instrumental in the restructuring of all the private placement partnerships and the ultimate merger of the management company and the operating company. In 1996 he joined a family owned import/export business while pursuing investments in residential income properties. Since 2011 he has taken a more active role in renovating distressed residential properties and developing residential properties in Los Angeles. He is also a licensed California real estate broker.
